Once you become an affiliate, you will receive a unique affiliate link to integrate into your website, share on social media or any other online platforms.

Step Two

You can login to your affiliate dashboard via our website to track your referrals and monitor your link distribution effectiveness.

Step Three

Once your referred cases reach key milestones, you will get automated email updates and your Affiliate Dashboard will also be updated.

Step Four

Once the case is completed, you will receive your referral fee in three working days after we receive our commission from the lender.

    How much commission can I earn?

    We have a tiered commission structure where the referral fee is based on the loan bracket. Get in touch with us to learn more about our commission rates.

    How often will I be paid?

    Once the mortgage case has completed, you will receive your referral fee in 3 working days after we receive our commission from the lender.

    How do I get links and creative materials?

    We will provide you with tracking links, banners and creatives. For any bespoke creatives please get in touch with us.

    What type of business can I refer?

    There are two broad services that you can refer: mortgages and equity release. This could be first time buyers, remortgages, buy to let, let to buy, sale and purchase, shared ownership and right to buy for mortgages or lifetime mortgages for equity release.

    How can I promote my affiliate link?

    We would be more than happy to discuss how you can optimise your distribution channels to generate more referrals. The three most common distribution channels that our affiliates use are: website, social media and email/SMS campaigns.
