Step One

Submit an Enquiry Below. In the message section, tell us about yourself and why you believe you would be suitable for the job.

Step Two

Correspond with our Team and submit your CV, References, Credit Report, Qualifications, etc. Boon Brokers will also conduct due diligence.

Step Three

An interview will then be arranged with our Managing Director. Further assessments may also be required before you progress to Step Four.

Step Four

After passing our due diligence and interview process, you will receive a Self-Employed Contract, Training Programme and Starter Pack.

    How many leads are provided?

    A minimum of 5 leads are provided monthly to our self-employed brokers. These leads are generated through the Boon Brokers website. Conversion rates on these leads are high as they are organic with high search intent.

    What does the training cover?

    Training will be provided in the following areas: Mortgage & Insurance Consultations, Database & Case Processing, Sourcing, Knowledge Assessment, Correspondence Etiquette, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Other Income Streams, and Marketing.

    What Bespoke Systems have Boon Brokers built?

    Over the last few years, we have significantly invested in our internal systems to maximise our brokers’ efficiency. Our database, CRM system, client profile, online fact-find and automated correspondence functions are just a few to mention. These systems allow our brokers to operate 100% remotely.

    What Quality Assurance is provided?

    You will have monthly meetings with our Quality Assurance staff to ensure the your work is meeting the standards set by Boon Brokers.

    Are my working hours flexible?

    Yes. As a self-employed broker, your working hours are set at your discretion.
