Most documentation provided on this page will also be available on your personalised client portal. Relevant terms of business files will be provided by your allocated adviser at the beginning of the advice process. From August 2019, clients will have access to a user-friendly, online, fact-find form. A completed fact-find form will enable our advisers to complete a full application on your behalf. If you would prefer to print and complete a fact-find manually, please download the applicable form on this page. Post-completion, kindly scan the file and send it to your adviser’s e-mail address.

Other documentation such as mortgage declarations, direct debit mandate forms, etc, will be provided by your adviser. The contents of most literature will vary from lender to lender.

Your adviser will simplify the contents of any literature associated with an application to ensure that you have a full understanding.
